Job Responsibilities

The officer performs a variety of secretarial duties in order to facilitate the smooth operations of the department. These include:

  • Recording and dispatching mails
  • Preparing and drafting correspondences
  • Typing reports
  • Recording the minutes of meeting
  • Arranging appointments
  • Maintaining and operating a filing system
  • Screening and redirecting telephone calls

Educational Training/Professional Career

Ms Graneau performs secretarial duties for two departments, the Health Promotion and the National Drug Prevention Unit. She has been working with the Ministry of Health from 2009. She is a graduate of the Dominica State College with an Associate degree in Business Administration.
